The Story Behind Our Name

WoollyArrow

The name "Woolly Arrow" reflects the unique blend of qualities that define our consulting philosophy.

"Astrachan" refers to a town by the Caspian Sea, famous for its Astrakhan sheep, known for their soft, woolly coats. This represents the gentle, approachable, and empathetic side of our work.

"Fletcher" is a traditional term for an arrow maker, symbolizing precision, directness, and focus. Just like an arrow, our consulting is designed to be clear, targeted, and effective.

Together, "WoollyArrow" embodies the balance we strive for: consulting that is direct and impactful like an arrow, and warm, comfortable and flexible like wool. This duality allows us to connect deeply with clients while guiding them with clarity and purpose.
